4 Recipes for Our 400th

Pasta Salad with Chicken

This issue marks the 400th healthy recipe. Our weekly email brings delicious cancer protective food from our AICR Test Kitchen to your inbox. To celebrate this milestone we’ve put together a whole healthy spread, perfect for Memorial Day weekend. This light pasta salad is a great starter dish. It features flavorful herbs and veggies tossed in a light, olive oil dressing. It works well with the fresh tomatoes and cucumbers in our featured salad and the flavorful grilled Mojo Marinated Turkey. Cool off with a Test Kitchen favorite – Iced Almond Chai.
