Come out and ride in the 25th Annual Seagull Century! Ride either the traditional full century (100 miles), the new Snowhill century (100 miles) or the Princess Anne Metric Century (62 miles). Last year's event brought out more than 7000 cyclists. This is a great event for first time century riders; the course is flat, scenic, and you may even catch a glimpse of those famous Assateague island ponies! Here's how to sign up:

Why ride with TeamAICR?

Because AICR is the cancer research charity that funds research specifically on the links between diet, physical activity, and weight management to cancer prevention and survivorship.

Scientists estimate that about a third of the most common cancers could be prevented by eating a healthy diet, being physically active and maintaining a healthy weight. We know cyclists are committed to these goals, which makes YOU and US perfect partners.

What you Give:

  • Your dedication.
  • Your endurance.
  • Your voice to ask for support.

What you Get:

  • A TeamAICR jersey and goodie bag after meeting half of your fundraising goal
  • Personal fundraising and donation page
  • Weekly fundraising support
  • Major kudos from scientists and reseachers whose endurance event takes place in labs and cancer centers across America; and from cancer patients and survivors whose endurance event is a life or death matter.
  • Training information and resources to prepare you for the event;
  • Various other fundraising incentives including prizes for our top fundraisers.

We ask that you commit to raise a minumum of $500 dollars to participate with us in this event. The money you raise will go a long way toward funding research linking lifestyle choices to cancer prevention.
